The current medical malpractice litigation system is
adversarial, expensive and inefficient. And we believe its
time to replace it with a system that can reduce medical spending,
protect good physicians and increase patient access to compensation
for their medical injuries.
As much as $650 billion per year is spent on medically
unnecessary patient care. Less than 20% of injured patients
receive compensation. A significant number of Americans don't
have access to medical justice due to the nature of their injury
and/or their lack of resources to fund litigation.
We are proposing a Patients' Compensation
System to replace our broken malpractice litigation
system. It is modeled after the U.S. Workers' Compensation
System.

petition. State-specific petitions will be added for each
state as legislation is introduced.
